20. August um 19:00

Friday, 20 August at 7:00 pm

Since April 2016, the Béi Chéz Heinz regularly points to the uncertain future of the favorite cellar club of the Hanoverians. A really long period of time, we are talking about 60 months or well over 1,800 days, in which the situation could not be finally clarified until today.

That’s why we as Béi Chéz Heinz want to hold up the flag for HEINZ MUSS BLEIBEN once again.

This Friday we present you two typical ska-punkrock bands: Hammerhai and Wisecräcker. In solidarity sitting down and having a lot of fun.

WISECRÄCKER … Since 1996 Wisecräcker serve their ultimate Ska-Punk-Party to the whole world. The seven musicians trump thereby with a mixture of fat guitar riffs and furious brass blowing and do not care further about language and style barriers. The songs are written in Spanish, English or German and find musical influences from various cultures. The main thing is loud, fast and with a lot of partying – in front of and on stage.

The offbeat sympathizers from the state capital accurately mix anthemic original compositions – such as their latest release “Back in 1989″ – with cover songs, which they also like to pull out of the trash box. Whether as support for Ska-P, No Use For A Name, Panteón Rococó, Terrorgruppe, Rantanplan or Irie Révoltés, as part of the “Monsters Of Skapunk” tour or at their many own concerts in Europe, the USA and their second home Mexico – Wisecräcker deliver!

After 20 years of band history and well over 500 concerts, Wisecräcker are releasing the best-of album “20 Years – 20 Songs” in their anniversary year. And because they are so good at it, the septet is now getting ready to bring this work to their fans live.

HAMMERHAI … the high priests of German-language offbeat thunder and self-confessed freebooters of styles. In their luggage they have a lot of outrageously catchy songs and a lot of fire in their asses. HAMMERHAI concerts are, despite all the exuberant partying, musical roller coaster rides with an unknown outcome, where every musical regimentation is disregarded. Energy, humor, joy of playing and smooth songwriting are the main characteristics of a band that doesn’t give a damn about any trends. Current album “Unterm Schnellweg” released by Rockers Records.
